Hmmm, I am never quite sure of our “關於出題" rules.
So am I the “第一名留言報名" ? And can I “負責出下期題目" (that is the Feb 15th topic)? If I am the lucky person, I am ready to rock and roll and can post the topic in a few days.
According to the rule of 第一個留言報名… not sure if it means here or on the page who belongs to the person who came up with the previoius topic (in this case 浪子Ｍ’s page).
I did that in 浪子Ｍ’s page.
Better let Michelle clarify the rule…
OTOH, I am cool if you have a great topic waiting for us to jump in and start writing 🙂
hi kempton and RandomCoil, sorry for the confusion. When we say “第一名留言報名” counts on the first one who register, 報名, for the next issue. So in this case i would say that RandomCoil have to give the title for the 32nd issue…
kempton, would you like to keep your eyes on RandomCoil’s blog and be the first one to 報名 for the next issue? We would love to have your title again 🙂

I see. I suggest the “關於出題" text can be rewritten a bit (add a few words here and there) to clarify.
After all, the text need to be clear by itself because new comers (and “not so bright" old timers) should be able to figure out what it specifies.
